How are your bows made? TOP

All bows are made by me, Lisa, owner and designer. I have over 18 years experience in the hair bow business. I use only the highest quality ribbons and supplies. Almost all bows are created with wire, ensuring strong, stable loops. Occasionally, glue will be used to attach ‘middles’ or secure a bow to an alligator clip. Knot Your Average Bow prides itself on quality, creativity and customer satisfaction.

How soon should I expect my order? TOP

At this time, orders are shipping 3-5 days from receipt of payment. Your bows will be created once payment is received. You will be getting bows made just for you, not something that has been sitting in inventory.

Will your bows fray? TOP

No, all bows are professionally heat sealed to prevent fraying. You will be able to pass your bows down and around to other little ladies!

What ages do your infant headbands fit? TOP

The stretch lace headbands fit approximately the following:

12” – 0-6 months

14” – 6-12 months

16” – 12-24” months

The cloth headbands fit newborns to approx. 5 year olds.

Ribbons covered headbands fit toddlers to young ladies (and older). They measure ½” wide.

Do you accept returns/exchanges? TOP

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns/exchanges on ‘new’ products that have not been worn within seven days of receipt. NO returns on custom orders. We want you to be 100% satisfied! If you encounter a problem with the hardware of a bow (ie- the clip), simply return it. It will be repaired and returned as soon as possible.

Of course! Knot Your Average Bow respects the privacy of all of our customers. Your personal information will never be sold or rented to a third party. Information collected from our site is only used to aide in customer service and assist in notifying you of upcoming products and promotions. Your privacy is guaranteed!

Do you offer group discounts? TOP

Group discounts are available for cheer/dance squad orders and such. Just contact Lisa at lisa@knotyouraveragebow.net. She will determine the discount based on bow style and quantity ordered.
