At Knot Your Average Bow, your customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance! We have compiled the following store policies to provide you with quality service and a pleasant experience.

Payment Options

Credit card payments will be handled through Paypal, a secure payment site used by millions around the world. We never even see your credit card information!

You do NOT have to have an account with them to purchase using

Your information will be kept safe and secure through this site. Once you are ready to check out, you will be taken to the Paypal site to make your payment, then returned to Knot Your Average Bow. (It is such a simple process, you will not be bothered at all) Just click and follow the steps!

Shipping Information

At this time, orders are shipping7-10 business days from receipt of payment. Your bows are made just for you, once payment is received. We do not keep standing inventory, as we believe that quality bows are created just for each customer!

You will have a choice of Standard USPS or Priority Mail when you check out. If you do not specify, it will default to Standard USPS.

Shipping fees for Standard USPS:

Purchases from $0.00-$30.00 are $4.00
Purchases from $31.00-$59.99 are $6.00
Purchases from $60.00-$99.99 are $10.00

Shipping fees for Priority Mail:

Purchases from $0.00-29.99 are $6.50
Purchases from $30.00-59.99 are $7.50
Purchases from $60.00-99.99 are $8.50

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns/exchanges on ‘new’ products that have not been worn, within seven days of receipt.

NO returns on custom orders.

We want you to be 100% satisfied! If you encounter a problem with the hardware of a bow (ie- the clip), simply return it. It will be repaired and returned as soon as possible. Please contact us for a return address.

Wholesale Orders

If you are interested in obtaining a wholesale account, please contact us. Once approved, wholesalers will receive a 30% discount on their order. Minimum orders of $100 are required to participate.
